One-on-one consultation by phone and video call.

I teach the therapeutic relationships and communication skills curriculum at the Florida School of Massage. As an extension of that teaching I offer one-on-one peer consultation for massage therapists, healthcare providers, teachers, and other caretakers. In your sessions we will discuss the rewards and challenges you are experiencing as you navigate your therapeutic relationships. My wish is for you to find as much joy, ease, and clarity in your work as you would like. I also see coaching clients from outside of the helping professions. My work is grounded in the non-pathologizing Internal Family Systems model (IFS), which appreciates the ways that our interior life is organized around our protective reflexes and our need for safety.

I currently offer 50-minute and 80-minute sessions over phone, Zoom, and Skype. During a free 20-minute phone call I will be happy to meet you, answer any questions, and discuss whether I might be a good fit for your current needs.

I am also happy to provide recommendations for Gainesville psychotherapists or mental health resources in your area. The consultation I offer is not a substitute for therapy or assessment by a qualified licensed mental health care provider, and the ethics and boundaries of my consultation work are summarized in my informed consent form.
